Bollie Hunneds aka The President
A Midwest artist from North West Indiana the Michigan City , Gary , East Chicago Indiana area just 30 mins from Chicago Illinois. Bollie's career started to take form about 5 years ago when he hooked up with Def Jam A&R's Lenny Santiago & Anthony Scoe Walker , Lenny being a major hip hop influence in the music industry and A&R for major artist like Jay-z etc and Scoe being also a major musical pioneer in the music industry also has worked with some of todays top industry artist, they are some of the first major label rep's to see Bollie's talent and potential . According to Bollie He had only put out 7 songs on the internet when he first started getting calls from major label A&R's . This lead to Bollie Hunneds meeting up with the label A&R's in Downtown Atlanta's Buck head area for a possible Major Label record deal with def jam records and or other label's that might have been interested in the young moguls wave.
After meeting with the label's more then once to discuss business Bollie and his brand choose to stay independent at the time but on good terms with the label's and A&R's. Also being featured on SlipNslide records. com not long after the meetings wit Def Jam A&R's SlipnSlide Records had a wave going called slipnslide ondagrind it was for hot independent artist with the talent to change the music industry . Bollie was also contacted by people from their campaign to join and push his brand to the next level in which he did . After joining the slip n slide on da grind wave the young mogul says he then wanted to push his brand further and harder so he setup his own shows in south beach, Miami independently funded by his own label to gain more fans and exposure from the down south region. Also at that time performing in the Chicago land area to gain more exposure when asked who gave bollie his first chance to do a real concert on stage he stated Afton an internet based ticket company for independent artist to grind their way threw and up the independent to the major charts. That's one of the things I love most about making music says Bollie the reaction I get from the people who hear the music and the vibe I give them when im on stage I have full control over the crowd they catch on to the words of the songs before im done performing them when we get off stage we get mad love says the young mogul
After being apart of The major wave with slip n slide Bollie then began dropping his own solo mixtapes funded by him and his on label which he own's Go Hard Entertainment. His first mixtape was titled " Ready For What Ever " hosted by Dj P exclusivez the founder of TSM " TrapStarzMusic.com " . The mixtape caught the attention of a lot of people when the young mogul did over 100,000 views and downloads which can be viewed and downloaded on mixconnect.com . When asked why he named his mixtape Ready for what ever he replied " My music is factual but not stuck in one certain genre it can be felt by people of the masses black , white , or Mexican no matter your color we all can relate to pain and also winning. His next Project /mixtape to follow that would be titled " Pressure Cooker " With major production from producers like The Olympicks , 808Mafia, Shawty Red , K.E. ondatrack and many more also hosted by Dj P exclusivez which also can be viewed on Spinrilla.com with his last mixtape. When asked how he felt about his 2nd solo project he just replied " I didn't push it hard enough was focused on a lot going on in my personal life besides the rap and the music game . "
Now to present day Bollie has just released his latest mixtape / project titled " H.A.A.M " which is short for " Hard As Ah Ma F****r " which is out now on almost all of your favorite major mixtape websites . This mixtape has features from major recording label artist like Rich Gang's Yung Ralph for example being featured on 2 hot tracks with Bollie Hunneds one being " Work " prod by 808 mafia and also 404 to the 219 prod by K.E. on da track . When we asked Bollie told us he linked up with Atlanta superstar and Rap Veteran Yung Ralph threw the grind he says he was in the studio one day and reached out to yung ralph to do a track because he was also a long time fan of the Atlanta veteran Yung Ralph's music so he wanted to do a song with him also which turned into being a couple songs and also a brother hood and friendship . Bollie is now working on his 4th mixtape which is titled " HOT.BOY.HOT " and also an EP we also asked him what should we expect on this mixtape different from the last 3 he said " Growth & Prosperity " its like not knowing but knowing u just gotta show up to see . Also he is working on his first album when asked the title he replied its not that time yet but just know it will be the real definition of EPIC in its rarest form. I make music in a different way then everybody else u can visualize what im saying they can feel me literally says the young mogul the reaction that I / we get is more then was expected they say I give them " Hope " " Motivation " and for that I go harder everytime. Everysong is like a paragraph in my life story , each tape is a chapter and the video's those are mini Movie's says the young mogul . When asked what's the difference in his music and 90 % of the rap / hip hop music being put out today he replied " Not only have I done it I did it I lived it " so when I recollect / record its like im talking back to my past speaking to my self but into a microphone for the world to hear/see its like me and the millions of people in the world that can relate to me and my music don't feel or think the exact same way but we all can relate to " Pain & Winning " .
